Does anyone know how to fix this...I have called Honda and they told me like 200 bucks to get it all fixed...does anyone know a easier way than going 200 bucks to get it all done? I takes forever to roll up and it makes a really loud squeal!

try putting WD-40 on the motor that opens the window.

 

Try dropping some wd-40 down in the window guides (the channel where the edges of the window are held in the frame). I've seen this mentioned in some quick tip articles. Just keep adding a little bit at a time and working the window.
