Default Short Shifters

What's the difference between a short shifter and short shifter adapter? I have a 6th gen and wondering which is better or worth the money. $60 for the adapter at 30-35% shorter vs. $150 short shifter at 40%. Doesn't make too much sense why spend that much cash for just 5% increase? I got this info from a site selling Neuspeed stuff.

Thanks

Basically the short shifter is the whole stick, and the adapter is an adapter .....it's just a little piece that you install. I have the adapter and like it alot. It's very easy to install, and fairly cheap (got mine used). So i'd say go for it.

thats not a real short shift stick. Only two i know of were made by owners who took a C's true short shifter and had a machine shop make some. PSPEC and 4bidden are the two. I have a PSPEC and its decent, could use some improvements thou.
