Problem - Car only moves in 1st in d3 and d4. I can manually shift from 1 to 2 fine. The sport light is constantly on.

How do I obtain any codes if the light does not flash at all? I have tried jumping the codes but no flashing. I have read of a code "0" faulty tcu. Is code 0 shown by the s light constantly lit? I purchased a remanufactured tcu and still have this problem. Thanks in advance for any help.
