Dont know anything about jung at all, just saw this on his site...maybe this was the problem?

From the site:
The misterjung@misterjung.com email address is finally working (and the other email addresses should be working shortly). Unfortunately, all emails received from February 9, 2003 8:45am to February 24, 2003 12:15pm were lost. If you sent an email during that timeframe, please resend your inquiry and_ I will be happy to respond.

I was dealing with Jung 3 weeks ago... not in febuary. his website is lies and excuses. If anyone wants more infromation about how he rips people off. reply to me off post. id advise you to pay a little more and go with another kit unless you are dumb and like losing money.

some questions about HID conversion (cause i'm really thinking about it)

what is "retrofit"?

if i get an HID conversion kit do i have to change out my headlight housing? like get new ones or have them modded?

do you guys suggest me getting low beam HIDs only? or spring for high beam too? (cause that's a lot of $$$)

Well there are two ways you can install HID in your car. The first and easy way is to get a 9006 HID retrofit kit that plugs directly into your low beam housing. Cost approx $500

The second way is to get OEM HID projectors from BMW, Audi, Mercedes, etc and retrofitting it "stuffing it into" your OEM housing or aftermarket Accord projectors. In this case you'll use D2S HID instead of 9006 rebased HID bulb. This is the better but expensive way of doing it. Cost approx $800-1000
