Default 6th gen radio install (help)

okay... i know this sounds stupid but i can't seem to get the center consloe off... i know there's 2 screws at the bottom but it's sticking on the top... is there another screw here? behind the clock maybe? i baby my car and would really like to prevent any damage if possible...

it's a 99 lx if it makes a difference...

i'm don't think theres any other screws on the top. When i took off my panel off i just gave it a lil pulland it popped right out.

In case you were calling the plastic faceplate around the stereo the "center console", there is a screw behind the clock that needs to be removed for this to come off. You can pry out the clock with a flat blade screwdriver that has something taped on the blade part so you dont mar the finish.

Sorry if thats not what you were referring to, just making sure you dont break anything
