An F23 turbo would blow away a moderately modded H22...you'd need to spend a lot of money to make an N/A H22 run with an F23 turbo, especially if that F23 has a lot of boost.
I'm hoping to get my F22b1 ('95 Accord SOHC VTEC) block and pistons back from the machine shop today, and will commence assembly shortly. Anyone know where I can find an intake manifold for this engine? I'll post some pictures too.

I will be starting my F22 build in July. Doing a rebuild and turbocharging it. I work for Garrett Engine Boosting Systems and have finally made enough friends to make this happen.
p.s. an F22 is perfect for boost and makes a lot more torque than the H22. For the same price I can have a turbocharged F22 easily making the same power and 40+ ft-lbs. more torque than an H22.

im sure you could make a custom supercharger work, but it would be a lot of work.
You could do a turbo kit and do a build up. It's not all that great in the cost effective department. But, you know - its your car.
I'd swap to a h22, or buy a faster car.
