There is a one piece JDM headlight for the 5th gen Accord. Not sure if it is an exact fit, but I'd like to get my hands on them sometime... haven't seen it for sale other than once on eBay from some guy in Japan maybe a year ago.

JDM corners on ebay... $45 shipped. The guy that sells them almost always has one auction for them up... so prolly does now. Search for "jdm accord corner", and you will see his auction. On the pics it says timtim or something like that. Other than that, I think www.autodynamic.com has them for around $50.
