If you look under the dash just above the gas and brake pedals there is a grey box with a redish brown bottom. It's easier if you slide in the driver side door on your back and lay on the floor and look up. The box slides onto a metal holding bracket so all you have to do is slide it off. I had a time trying to find mine but it's easier than you think. I checked with the Honda dealership here in Greenville NC and a new relay is 69.99. I'll be replacing mine soon. I took mine out, removed the dust cover and my board had burnt spots on it. I hope this helps.
