Nothing that we can do about the pink tail light?? I thought that we can put it in the oven and clear the pink plastic just like the headlight or the tail light pink is the actual color of that piece??

probably not, that's why people resorted to buying the red/clears.

The pink is the actual piece, you can't do anything about it.

here is another option. 99accord520 posted pics of his car getting preped for painting on a thread and he told me about this. He used spray tint on the pink part. Check out the thread for more details. New Paint again...Pics

testor's spray on window tint for plastic models. u can use window tint film too if u suck at painting

I've asked myself many times...why pink? I could deal with orange, or all red, but pink? Why in the world did Honda have to do that to my car?

I personally think the 98-00 aftermarket red/clears looks much better than the 01-02 ones with the clear on the bottom. It just seems to flow better.

:werd: the pink is so bad that sometimes i think about getting red/clears for my parents' 98 sedan. i think the 98-00 looks better cuz the clear is across the smaller section in the upper 1/3 instead of all the way across the bottom.
