oh sorry 95AccordEXR, i probably wasnt specific. I didnt order the TV yet. I wanted to know how to connect that power b4 i get it jus so i know what i need

This thread should be moved to the Audio/Electronics forum. If I had moderator status I would do it. You will find what you need to know, as the people who hang out there are very technically oriented. Some are true professionals. I suggest you move to that forum for this question.

what he means by upgrading the fuse is that theres some point in the circuit where the current comes in that has a fuse. Probably the factory stock radio fuse or something near it. What he is saying is to put a fuse in that allows more amperage before it pops, otherwise, the TV will try to draw current beyond the rating of the fuse and break the circuit.

usally Yellow is constant 12 V+ , black is ground and red is 12V+ when the key is on, if u cant get a harness just cut the plug off and wire it into ur stock harness, and they everyone else said up ur fuse some

so i shud up the fuse on my sony head unit?? OK when i cut the wire off of the harness, i just connect them by color?? And do i get some more wire to split the connection between the radio and the tv?

u should up the on in ur fuse box, on the second part its all in personal opinion.
