I was rearended in the beginning of november, and didnt get my car back till mid december. I believe the estimate was around $4300 because when I got rearended, it was hard as hell and there was a one bigass pickup truck ahead of me, so I sorta got crunched. Anyway, I heard some ppl getting checks for diminish in value from the other person insurance? Even though its practically April, could I still do that?
