besides I think its more like $5000 for front and rears...

nope 98 and up are 4100 fronts and 2800 rears

my bad....i really had never checked for an Accord...I've got my eyes on a Bimmer next and just figured prices were similar....

It's quite possible to build a front brake kit for the accord considerably cheaper.

www.fastbrakes.com uses wilwood parts which you can source seperately and put your own together.

or you can do a 5 lug rotor over hub swap, use a TL-S/CL-S/2nd gen odyssey 12" rotor along w/ the 12" bracket + NSX/Legend dual piston calipers, or pickup wilwood 4-piston calipers for $100-150/each + a proper bracket.

Or you can build the same 4-lug big brake kit that fastbrakes is selling using all wilwood parts... im not sure how much cheaper it is, but u can source it seperately.


btw noise is probably more a factor of your brake pad choice and a proper installation than big or small brake setups.

yeah it is a little bit noise than stock.. the Brembo Cross drilled slotted, with semi metallic pads that is. Also another thing to consieder as break upgrade is the stainless steel lines, a great investment!!!>
