Default weighed my car today...

2940 lbs with me in it, 2790lbs without me.
Car was just above E on gas (curb weight)

Just thought I'd share with you guys who are curious..

my car is a 1992 2 door Honda Accord LX
no sun roof, no spoiler, no subs or amps.

with the following mods:

Intake (AEM short)
Header (DC Sport)
Exhaust (Custom 2.25" aluminized steel) w/ OBX b3 muffler (canister)
MSD plug wires and distrib. cap.
Front and Rear Strut Bars
EX Intake Manifold (ported and polished)
LX head (ported and polished)
EX ECU
Enkei RS5 16x7" rims with Kumho Ecsta Rubber

as for weight reduction, currently only the spare tire/tools, and the mount for the intake manifold are missing. So about 30lbs in weight reduction otherwise than the actual mods. Stock curb weight is 2888. So I've lost about a whopping 100lbs over stock.

Just for your information. I had the car weighed at a local rock quarry (however you spell that), they usually use it to weigh large dump trucks before and after they pick up gravel...

nice...my friend alan somehow talked a cop into letting him weigh his CRX Si at a weigh station around here...he was just over 2000 lbs with all of his extra crap in his car, since he wasn't planning on getting it weighed

It's not a bad weight for an automatic I think , and at that, an Accord.

where do you find stock curb weight? when i weighed my 93 ex sedan at the track I got it down to 2820 and I was pretty happy with that. next time Im gonna weigh it with my 'daily driver' set up though. that was with basically everything removed.

When you say "everything removed"... what exactly does that include? Backseat? Passenger seat? spare tire? etc?
