Just picked up a '91 Accord EX with only 47k miles for $1900. The car spent most of its life in Brooklyn which contributed to the low mileage. The car is all stock and in great mechanical condition. Handling is tight and responsive and the clutch catches right off the floor. There is excessive sun damage on the outside but the body itself is in pretty good shape.

I'd like some input about where to get started on mods. I don't have much money at the moment to put into the car so I'm looking to start at less expensive things and work my way up. Any info about specific parts and pricing would be greatly appreciated since I'm really new to this stuff. Things I was thinking of first:

I'd like to get a paint job - Where's a good place to go for this where I can get a quality paint job at an affordable price?

Rims/tires

Aftermarket lights

Exhaust

Intake
