My blower motor wires shorted together and now my blower motor stays on even when turning it off. It is the auto climate control and when I move the temp dial that seems to work. When I turn the fan speed dial it stays on high no matter what speed I turn it to. I removed the control panel and the blower motor still stayed on high. I checked all the fuses and the relay and those look fine. Could it be the blower motor resistor pack?
