Default Lowering 5th gen

sometime in the future i want to lower my car about 1.5 inches in front and back. I don't know anything about lowering currently and am wondering exactly what parts i will need. Also, what are some good brands for all this stuff and about how much will it cost? If anyone has any pics of accords dropped 1.5 in that'd be cool too. Thanks in advance.

I was thinking about coilovers but after a while i started to veer away. They're a pain to adjust and a lot more expensive than just regular lowering springs aren't they?

Well Prowler has coilovers and he doesnt seem to have any problems. I have the tokico HP series shocks and springs kit. It cost me 350 bucks and lowers 1.5" all the way around. Rides and handles great.

there should not be any problems w/ honda unless you have an extended warrenty that is still in effect and u have to get something major fixed. otherwise there should not be a problem

although i took my car as is(dropped, exhaust, rims, intake) and they didnt care. maybe kuz im a good customer and always go to the head honcho boss if anything arises

w/ my Eibach Sportlines i don't have problems at honda...but its weird cuz everytime i service there, when i come to pick it up its in the front of the lot so everyone can see it

but my sportlines ride really nice! i recomend them to everyone...but they're a little lower than u want...(1.8") but pro-kits are just a tad bit higher and still look great!

i'm in the same boat.. want a kit but have no clue what to look for so essentially i can get away with a 1.5" drop without having to get the camber correction kits.. so that is a good thing for cheapass me who needs to save for his rims.
