90-93 JDM headlight question
Does anyone know where to find JDM headlight harnesses? I bought a pair and the harnesses didnt come with them. Also would anyone know how to set up the H4's for there highbeam/lowbeam use and the H1's for there intended fog light use with out swapping out the light system?
go to www.suvlights.com or www.autodynamic.com they should have some headlight harnesses....
I'm kinda stumped on how you would get headlights w/o harnesses, whoever you bought it from should give you those, or atleast the plug-in to the housings with bulbs and a good amount of wiring so that you can splice your stock wires and soder them together to get power.

Yea I bought them off of ebay. They are really clean and arent scratched at all but i just did not get the H1 and H4 harnesses. If you want want you can hit me up online 93AccordEX, that would be cool for the harnesses. Thanks

For the Accord the One Piece headlight isn't intended to have the H1 as the Primary fog lamp. The Optics of the lamp are designed to have it as a high beam and the H4's 55 watt filiment as the low. The H4's 60 watt filiment isn't used.
Either way you would just have to add a prong to the H4 if you wanted to use both filiments.
I know it would be nice to have the harnesses but why not just use insulated female spade connectors? It'll work just fine and you'll get them installed allot faster. The only down side is you'll have to unplug one prong at a time instead of both at one time.
Anyhow the connectors are made by AMP and I'm sure they are something that can be located in the US.

Here are some pix of the H4 lowbeam bulb and harness. I never used mine since I went HID. But you can see it's easy to make them work if you just use some good 16 gauge wire and insulate female spades.

Sorry for the poor image quality but at least it's better then nothing. The center prong on the H4 is ground and the other two are positives depending which filiment you want to turn on.
