Simply, wet sanding is using a ridiculously fine grit sand paper and using water between the surface and the paper.

You use it for a final sanding, the ultimate finishing touch, minor surface blemishes that prolly should just be ignored, but aren't cuz youre a psycho perfectionist.

accord 97 - normally 3 clear coats are needed

you wet the ground and walls with water to keep the dust from flying up
