Default What temp. to take apart headlights?

I'm going to take apart my headlights from my 95 Accord tonight, and paint them tomorrow. What temp. should I set the oven to and how long should I bake them?

TIA,
John

Yes, but I don't have a heat gun. I have a blowdryer but heard that didn't work well.

I don't think ppl would respond to this in the DIY forum... Plus I thought it was a place to see about DIY's that are typed up all nice and shit, not a place to ask about DIY's.

I wrote two posts, and I was helping him by telling him where to get the info since I don't know. I did mine with a heat gun. Don't be a dick.
