Default alignment problems

I'm having problems with getting the car aligned. Generally speaking I know that the toe settings can only be set back to zero however it seems that the alignment guy can only get 3 wheels aligned properly. The rear passenger side shows a reading of -3 caster. He couldn't see to see any place to adjust caster on the rear of the car...so he attributed the -3 degrees of caster to leaking shocks. Does that make any sense?
Btw the car is a 97' EX V-6 with 100K on the clock and completely stock!

Alignment techs are not always SAE-certified mechanics. Personally, I'd get a second opinion.

No. Caster only makes sense for the steering. You mean camber?

Besides, leaking shocks are bad, but they don't have anything to do with alignment angles. Look for bent parts. Better yet, look for a better mechanic...
