okay, I've gotten my answer about getting a front and rear Upper Strut bar, and the rear sway bar for my 94 EX.

Also, I've come across topics about Bushings. What are they and do i really need them to improve my suspension performance?

they replace the various rubber bushings used throughout your front end for suspension,control arms, this, that, and the other...polyurathane is much stiffer than the stock rubber bushings and so an increase in stiffness and reduction in roll would be what I would assume...I am also curious to anyone who has done this as id like to try it, but id like some opinions first...

 

so no 1 really know answer to the bushing part?
