Default 2003 Service Engine Light

I have an 03 Accord that just went over 10k miles.

Engine Maintenance light came on this morning. I feel sure that it is because it just went over 10k and wants me to take it in for service.

I have had the oil changed at a local station.

How do you reset this light?

Thanks.

I just got an 03 Coupe also but I'm at like 1600miles...I know its something to do with the odometer button..something like holding it in with the car off for a few seconds..then keep holding it and start the ignition...Correct me if i'm wrong..

Oh yea..one more thing..Your dealer didn't offer you anything when you purchased the car? I get like 6free oil changes and Vehicle Inspections for as long as I own the car..

My Camaro was the same way with the odometer button, it is my wife's car and I haven't fooled with it yet. I will give that a try.

I live about 70 miles from where I bought the car so the free oil change would cost me a half of a Saturday so I just have it done locally.

Edit: Thanks for the advice on the odometer button, I will let you know how it turns out.
