those are nice gauges, where'd you get them?

So where's your maintenance required meter?

 

Eh they all pretty much have the "Maintence Required" Thingy majig. I got mine from procarparts off of ebay it was cheaper than going straight to their site. They're the Silver Reverse Indiglo Guages.... not the white faced, they don't have that extra blue ring around the middle.

and installation was a pain, but i took forever cuz i wanted everything to fit back again perfect. you've gotta take your whole dash out etc etc just to get to the guage cluster, once thats out its a piece of cake. just go out and buy a helms manuel and it'll be pretty straight forward.

just DO NOT touch the needles.... at least teh gas needle, or else it'll be off.

i thought when you order those, they ask what kind of car and year you got, right? if so, they should send you the right ones.

 

They should send you the right ones, but i asked a dealer once and he said his only went to 140MPH on the speedo.

Didnt come with it. 90 Accord EX I have seen some cars with it and I'm glad mine dont have it. all it is is somethign that turns over with the odometer. Something to freak un knowing owners out and make then take the car to the shop every so many miles.

Well, I will have to get a new cluster when I swap to 5 speed anyways.

Right now the bulbs up top blew out it kinda looks ok. not as bright as the real indiglows.

 

BTW How do you see the needle????

 

errrr..... just follow it as it goes up or when its in the dark, just look for its sillouette. they haven't made indiglow needles for our cars yet.

 

Will have to take some getting use to.
