Default What Clutch?

Stock Clutch is near the end of its natural life...looking to buy new one. Exedy, ACT, ClutchMasters? Which one do you recommend? Anyone know any hook-ups or places to get a deal on a new one?

i ran a clutchmasters stage 2 before my current ACT setup and i didnt have any complaints. i do like the ACT a little more but there are so many different combonations to choose from that there has to be one that is for you. if you are going to get a clutch then get the flywheel as well. clutchmasters makes a flywheel now but i just run the ACT that is basically a stocker that is shaved down like crazy. its about 14 lbs vs. 22-24. not to mention, its about 200 bucks cheaper than the clutchmasters.

all of them are grippy. i am chirping 4th gear with the ACT as w/ the clutchmasters.

Which aftermarket clutches do you guys use? Are there any other parts associated with the natural wear down of a clutch? Basically, is the clutch the only part I would have to replace? Or are there other parts associated with it? :dunno:

You can just replace the clutch and not the pressure plate if you like. You should replace the throw out bearing.

Most clutch set ups come as a package. ACT does allow you to buy a clutch disc separetly when needed.
