Default O2 Sensor anyone?

I took my 2000 Accord V6 to the repair shop earlier today due to a check engine light that had recently reared its head on my dash. My baby has 128,660 mile so I figured it was the O2 sensor since it has never been replaced the entire 10 years I have owned the car. So they hooked my car up and remove $52 dollars from my pocket and in return they gave me the code I was 99% sure I was going to get....PO-131 (Primary O2 Sensor). At any rate my question to my fellow forumers is how easy is it to replace this myself? I have done a few repairs on my vehicle and other Hondas owned in the past. Is there any steps aside from unscrew old sensor..remove..and screw in new sensor? They were wanting to charge me $216 to fix it so I told them I would get back to them. Any help would be appreciated!!

Oxygen Sensor
Oxygen sensors("O2 Sensors") are used in all cars made for the United States. They are used in cars made for many other countries as well. When the oxygen sensor in your car goes bad, your car runs differently. This is a story of my experiences with the oxygen sensor in my car. Your mileage may vary.

if its been in there ten years, you might need a breaker bar and some lubricant, but it is quite easy.
