03 headlights clearable??

Im going to attempt to clear out my friend's 03 coupe headlights. Is it possible? Please help me. Thanks. I dont wanna open it up not knowing its not possible. Thanks again.

Why not only clear it. Be the first to have black housing.

Or just paint it black but leave the amber reflector in.
