I just got my 90 accord inspected and the oil changed, they told me that i needed a new muffler for 60 bucks....not pleased about that......but anyway i got the bill today and almost **** my pants....oh and also one hour of labor...guess how much it was.....

If there is no rust holes...
Tell the stupid shop to refund your money and have them reinstall the old muffler back on...

 

ya knows whats funny......theres a quitabit of rust on the panels in front of my back wheels completely rusted through as do alot of 4th gen accords ive noticed.... and that passed...and PA is kinda strict wioth that kinda stuff too.
