My 4th Gen PROBLEMS!! Need Pricing Info!
Well How do i start this..

Bought the car February 6th from a dealer.

February 18th- The car CRACKS the radiator and had to get TOWED In to the dealers Service Center. Upon arriving, I noticed that the TRANNY FLUID is LEAKING.

February 21st- Call back from Dealer telling me that somehow the TRANNY CASE is CRACKED and must be replaced!

February 22nd- RAdiator Fixed. Dealer informed me that the Rack and Pinion is ALSO leaking!

February 24th- Dealer DOES NOT WANT TO TOUCH THE CAR ANYMORE..I had to TOW the vehicle to the Tranny Place for repair.

Today 26th...Im asking you guys/gals what you think will be the COSTS of ALL these repairs!

BTW I purchased the car for $4K...should I just SELL it after all the repairs are done or just KEEP it till it Dies!

 

personally i went thru the same deal just different problems just get rid of it. also b4 ur 60 or 90 days is up on the car u can legally take it back to the dealer. or worst case take the dealer to DMV court which is what i did

 

Really....Yeah, I just want to GIVE IT BACK but the dealer is being an ASS about the whole thing and telling to shove off because i bought it AS IS they said.

oh mine was different i was informed mine was in good condition only to have problems after problems with mine.

 

you got rid of your car?

anyways some states have lemon laws, NH doesn't, but MA does so if you have a problem or the car is crap you have 30 days to take it back. although i had a friend who bought a GSX for a week and took it back for GST cause it was a POS, that was NH. give it a try though, you have nothing to lose.
