03 accord v6 6 speed
so yea a friend i know just bought one.. i just test drove it.. ill give ya my analysis...
1) clutch was crappy.. i dunno.. its not smooth whatsoever.. and yea.. ud have to feel it to understand.. crap tho.
2) slower than the cl-s 6 speed for sure.. stil fast tho..
3) i chirped it at 4 rpms.. to 2nd.. haha not bad at all..
4) handling like my 03 ex 4 banger.. no diff..
5) id put more money and buy a cl-s 6 speed
6) it had a cool v6 emblem in RED.. haha..
overall.. i guess i expected more.. but heh.. w/ 20 hp less than the cl-s.. maybe not..

I'd still like to drive one, I'm sure it goes pretty good since it's 180 lbs. lighter than the CL. And running 91 Octane is rumored to add 10hp/10ft-lbs. Even so finding one may be difficult and even more so for the CL-6MT since it's slated to end production in June. That is if you can find one of the only 2600-2700 produced
I love the new Accord, but the Acura just had... something... more.

i drove both and yea.. the cl-s felt just a lot better thats for sure.. i dunno but the accord has like the worst clutch.. i stalled it like twice.. i wouldve put 3k into a cl-s.. but then i hear they are getting a new model next year.. so yea it might hurt the resale value later.. but who knows..

So it is defenetelly decided that the Cl-s 6speed is better than accord. The important question is.... How much more is Acura worth. Obviously 2000 dollars more is more worth it, but what about $5K? If you could get accord for $25,000 or CL for $30,000 out-the-door, which one is would you get?
I was at the BOCH Honda in MA y-day and they got 1 in the showroom, and they jack the price up $10000, which total about $36K, and also it doesn't even have NAV, spoiler, anything!!!!! I told the salesman good luck selling it.
