2003 Accord EX, V6 2 Doors, 96K, factory system no aftermarket. Had to disconnect the battery to replace window regulator drivers side. After it was completed, the keyless entry stopped working. Its dead. Horn, doors trunk don't respond. Can open the doors with the key and inside button.
Remote battery is brand new, LED flashes red when pressed. Tried reprogramming the remote- 4 times on/off pressing the unlock key when required within 4 secs- locks don't cycle. Radio fuse is fine, so are #21 and #7. Any suggestions?

 

Is fuse #8 ok, check your connections at the door mutiplex control unit.
