Default G6 Accord I4 Grounding

Does anyone know what the grounding points are for a 98 I4 Accord Sedan? I have heard that after grounding the engine with about 4 gauge cable you get smoother shifting and idling as well. I know you can buy the kit but I think you could use better quality parts for a better price if you DIY.

A friend of mine did it to his 2001 IS300 and said he feels a definate improvement in shifting from 2nd to 3rd gear. It just dosn't jerk as much. Although I'm sure he didn't feel much jerking in that car.

I'd be willing to try it if someone posted even the theory behind this. I can see it *possibly* making a fuller spark, but I don't see how this would effect the shifting at all. Who the hell thought this one up?

There are some tech websites that have info about the theory but I can't think of any off-hand. You can try a google search for info. I just don't know the exact points to ground in my Accord.

From how it was explained to me this is it:
it makes the power cleaner. It delivers a fuller spark, allows the computer to send signals with more power and somehow gives it better response and shifting.

Thats what i remember.
