Hey all! Just posting a message to say hi. This place really rocks, I've spent a good 3 hours or so just roaming the forums finding all sorts of useful information. I can't believe I hadn't heard of this place long ago, oh well, I'm here now. I'm 17 (18 in 29 days, woot!) from the midwest, and I own a 94 Accord LX Sedan. Being a student, not a whole lot is done to the car; I currently lack the proper funds. If you wish to see some pics of it you can do so by going here. Let me know what you think.. sucks? needs work? that kind of stuff, lol. got potential? Anyways I really expect this to be an awesome place to get to know some fellow accord drivers. Peace.

PS: The "Rice" decal was on the car when I got it. I'd take if off but it's like clear coated on, so I'd have to do some sanding and other crap. I'm just gonna live with it til I get a kit. I've gotten so much crap for it, heh so feel free to hate on it.. lol

Welcome to the board. Your car is ok for now. Honestly I dont like ur front headlights. Tint the car and get some rims if you can. Make yourself a different grill (cut the middle piece). My car at this point is pretty much stock because Im waiting for the winter to finish.

 

I totallly agree with you on the headlights, I don't like em either and if I had the stock headlights I'd change em out for those. I'm just plannin' on getting some new ones soon. My friends dad is gonna tint all the windows for $50 soon...
Yeah, right now I took off the hubbies and so the nice black steel wheels are what you see now. I've been looking for some 94-95 EX rims, but hard to find.. I got a friend that will sell me his 90-93 EX rims when he gets some new ones.
I guess I never really thought of just cutting the middle peice out, might give that a try. Thanks for your input.

I'm glad u got rid of those altezzas, but imo those Hs in the tails right now are kinda corny to me, oh well.

Yes ALOT of work indeed! I had second thoughts of posting links to the pics, but I thought what the heck, I can take the criticism, I know what I got is basically stock; def. not anything to brag about. Your car is very clean I like it!

Anyone happen to have a 94-95 stock accord front bumper that's the same color as mine for sale? or would be willing to sell? I've gotta get rid of the rice!

 

why in would someone put a decal that says RICE on their car?

that is very very weird, that someone would make fun of their own car. unless of course they are too stupid to know they are.

anyways the car seems to be confused. it has shaved emblems which is cool, but has a RICE decal, altezzas, and projectors.

 

All of which were on the car when I got it... something was very wrong with the person who had it before me...

 

i guess, i wonder what he did to his new car
