Default Uh oh, do I need a new head gasket?

I just popped my hood today and noticed that there is a lot of greasy buildup on the front of my F22b2's head, near the headers. Does this mean my head gasket is leaking? I haven't noticed this before, and last time I looked under the hook was a couple of weeks ago. Maybe it's normal, but it sure doesn't look that way. I can post a pic if it's necessary.

Did you ever remove you valve cover? Possibly the Valve cover gasket can be bad.

Ah, ok. I'm sort of out of it, and have never taken apart my engire. How do the head gasket and valve cover gasket differ? I kind of assumed the head gasket was under the valve cover. It looks like the gunk is coming from under the valve cover, so you may be right.

I hope I don't get the "head slapping" emoticon for not knowing the difference. How much would a new valve cover gasket run me? $50? I know a head gasket set is $80-100, right?

Seet, thanks. Is that the price from Honda, or is there a better place to get one?
