I will simplify what I am trying to get help with.
88 honda accord, ecu got wet, main relay (replaced) and injectors are rapid firing with ignition on (flooding engine, will start and burn off excess gas with ecu disconnected), led on ecu stays on steady - no blinking.

to me I think the ecu got shorted or something when it got wet. Is there any type of test a guy can do to make sure that is the problem before spending the $$ to replace?
