Which Springs are Better?
I dont know because I've only had Neuspeed & H&R...haven't tried the rest so who knows?
I dont think there is a "better" though. Some may be stiffer (more for racing?) others may be softer (nicer for daily driver smooth ride?).
Out of those I would get the H&R or Neuspeed first (whichever I could get cheaper) and intrax last. Right now I'm riding on Neuspeed Race but I have a set of H&R Sport springs (used 1 year) for 96-97 Accord.

DONT DO INTRAXX
i'm sorry those were the first springs i eva got and the drop was too much, too bouncy and comfort sucked.. ever where i went i bottomed out one little change in road condtion (even snailing) and i would be bouncing out of control.. my springs werent even my driver side had more compression than my passenger side it wasnt cute.. never tried H&R nor Neuspeed i went straight to the eibach springs starting with the prokit and then going street cuz the drop in the prokit is almost not even noticeable but the ride was nice i wanted the slammed look and i got it with my street kit. the eibach kit would be 1st on my list followed my H&R then Nuespeed and so on

Best for What?? Ride or Handling?
I think Eibachs give a better(sfoter) ride, also the drop they give makes the car seem a little lower in the rear than in the front.
Neuspeeds/H&R(same springs) are stiffer but have better handling. They drop the front more than the rear for a more even appearing drop.
What do you want cuz I would stick to one of these 3.
