I got a Civic shift boot but have a question about it??
Well I got a CTR shift boot with red stiching as a gift from my brother.
Can I apply this shift boot where my auto shifter is...basically making my auto tranny look like a 5-spd..
my car is a 01 Honda Accord Automatic tranny..and as wel I do have an aftermarket auto shifter knob which is the Razo quick shift in Aluminum.
So can it work?

Yes it will fit but you will likely need to re-place the auto gate cover with the manual 5speed trim ring. or at least remove the boot from the civic trim base and place it on the auto plate.
