Default 92 Accord EX randomly dropped RPMs, died, wont start.. details inside.

92 Accord EX

RPMs dropped randomly, car died and won't start up. Tried to use process of elimination and checked fuel (was low), air, spark.. took spark plugs out, those were covered in oil and upon further inspection the valve cover gasket was had a crack in it. Replaced gasket, dried up oil and replaced spark plugs.. still nothing.

Car is trying to turn over (tried to jump it as well) and but it won't catch.

Any suggestions?

sometimes my car would almost start then die, then it would just keep turning over.. if it's an automatic, put the Ebrake on, put it in neutral and try to start it, while pumping the gas. * I checked my fuelpump/injection it was all good*
