OK, I bought a 7500K Hella HID kit off eBay from "Optionmotor" - well, to make a long story short, between the time I paid, ajnd got the product, he waas kicked OFF eBay. Who knows why. I FINALLY got the stuff (thank god I didn't loose almost $400) BUT the left light is a ~5500K and the other is the nice 7500K I want!!! What can I do? Are all 7500K lights going to be the same color? Is it possible to buy just one 7500K light (if they will match!) from someplace? Will they fit into the same balast hookup, or am I going to have to just splice the wires (that's no big deal)> Can anyone recommend a place that will sell just one 9006 7500K HID light?? What's a good price to pay? Please let me know ASAP!

 

That sucks, what brand of HID is it? You don't have anyway of getting ahold of this guy? You can get a replacement I'm sure, but they can be quite expensive ($75-125 at least).

 

The kit was 'HIDplus' - I've seem them over the net a good deal. They are Hella components. At least the ballasts are.

I've tried e-mailnig him repeatedly whilst in the 'middle' area between getting the product, and having my money sent. I thought it was gone forever.

I found a GOOD seller online though withy the same components, for CHEAP. $69 for replacement 7500K bulb, I convinced him for $69 instead of $89 - $69 is for his former customers only. I guess my sob story works, ha. I should have gotten the kit from him though! $379 SHIPPED!

And, yes, my ONE 7500K light is REALLY blue. I love it. And still 2 times as bright as stock. 2003 Accords are HORRIBLE to replace the bulbs though. It's REALLY tought to get in there. They are held down REALLY tightly by the allignment adjusters, so I had to unscrew them a bit to get the new bulbs in (I also replaced the 9005 high beams with MTECs) Now the headlights are mis-alligned a little. Low beams not as bad as high beams. My high beams are, currently, top of the tree beams, ha. I'll get around to fixing it once it warms up a little.

 

Yes, Misterjung really knows his sh!t. Highly recomended. I've recently bought a 7500k HID kit from him and hes very legit. Good prices too $379 shipped.

 

lol, i just looked at the link for MisterJung . i kno that guy in real life, i had a feeling it was him. man, he is a good guy in real life, very honest.... yea, one of my friends who's very tite with him, told me to buy a set of HIDs from him, so i checked out his site, so when i saw this post, i had to check, i didnt remember his website address exactly. anyway, u should buy from him, he wont screw you, plus he is on ebay i think also, misterjung. i wont tell u how much i could get that kit for tho , from him and thru another supplier ^_^
