Default 9005 conversion question

so ive decided to do the conversion. i know that wattage that is too high for the harness will fry it and thats my only worry
i know that stock low beams are 55 watts, and that the conversion will cause 60 watts to go through to the harness.

is this 5 watts a huge problem?

will i be looking at fried harnesses or what?

(and i dont want to hear about people saying to get real HID's, unfortunatly like some of you we arent all rich and successful, or the kids of those who are)

thankyou.

No, No....and No....

Just do the conversion, you have nothing to worry about. We have the same 6Gen Accord and I've done the conversion on mine and they're fine...

No problems whatsoever. It's a very easy and safe mod as long as you don't do something stupid and put 100W bulbs in there. 100W bulbs anywhere would give you problems. Just remember to re-aim your lights.

the wiring is the same for the high beams and low beams, so dont worry at all about the few extar watts. People only start running into trouble above 80watts.
