Default accord Cigarette lighter

so, my cigarette lighter doesnt work anymore, i changed the whole lighter setup. checked all fuses. I am thinking the Wire is fried?

anyway. I was wondering if I would be able to Wire another cigarette lighter plug, ( for a Gps ) Directly from the battery, Put an inline fuse holder on the wire, with a 15 amp fuse. Ground it somewhere? ( I need places I could ground it at, plz help) And run the wires inside of my car to my new Cigarette lighter in between the passenger seat, next to the Ebrake.

please give me all of the help you can

Any place on the chassis is fine, but obviously you're going to need a bare metal to metal contact, so you might have to sand/file/scrape paint off of the spot you choose to ground at.

You can do that, although hondas tend to have an ignition switched cig lighter outlet. If your acc line is blown how are you switching your radio?
