Default Car And Driver info about the tsx

Acura TSX
Acura believes there's a hole in its lineup between the RSX hatchback and the TL sedan, and it's banking that the new TSX will fill that void nicely. Essentially the Japanese/European-market Honda Accord, the TSX is motivated by a 200-horsepower 2.4-liter DOHC i-VTEC engine and a close-ratio six-speed manual transmission. Tacking the curves are a four-wheel independent unequal-length control-arm suspension, power-assisted rack-and-pinion steering, four-wheel disc brakes with ABS, vehicle stability assist with traction control, and 17-inch alloy wheels with V-rated Michelin tires. Befitting an Acura, the TSX features HID headlamps, side curtain airbags, leather seating, a power moonroof, dual-zone automatic climate control, a 360-watt audio system, and a tilt and telescoping steering wheel. The TSX will be launched in April, priced between $25,000 and $30,000, and is targeted at the Audi A4, BMW 325i, Lexus IS300, and the new Mercedes C230 Kompressor sport sedan. Acura hopes to sell 15,000 TSXs a year.
