what you can do,
do a fuel system cleaning, clean throttle body and the hole where the air bypasses around the throttle plate.
maybe ideal to take out your ect (engine coolant temp sensor) and clean out the thermistor (tip of the coolant temp) i believe its coated with corrosion

i cleaned the throttle body out real good, iac valve, and just yesterday i replaced the coolant temp sensor.it was cold out this morning about 40 degrees.it took like 10 cranks (revolutions) to get it to fire.it sputtered then went into high idle.
do you have accesss to a scanner?
if you have, can you go to LIVE DATA while you are cranking the car:
while cranking: look at the "RPM" data and see there is something showing
still at the live data, (but this time when the car is finally running)
look at EVAP PURGE and EGR ( during initial start-up, none of them should be "on") not until you are in closed loop (normal operating temp).
still at live data, (but this time when in closed loop) (normal operating temp)
look at the LONG TERM FUEL TRIM and let me know what percentage it is. dont forget to mark If its + or - its very important.
let me know, or pay somebody to get these info for you and ill help you trouble shoot this baby
