Hi all. Need some suggestions, I put in reverse indiglo guages and I cant see my needles at all. I took out the stock green light from the top of the guages cluster(didnt look good with the guages) and put in a black light tube, hoping it would illuminate the white needles, but it doesnt.

Any suggestions? Im thinking if there is white neon paint, I could do the needles with that. Any ideas of where to get it, what brand, etc.

you have to paint the needles wiht glow paint in order for them to be seen with the black light thats the point of the black light

 

Thanks, I figured. But black lights reflect off other things, was hoping it would reflect off the needles.

i have a similiar probelm.... where can i find these 3 inch black lights???? streetglow has them but there like 80 bucks, thats crazy, where else can i get them?

 

If you order them from streetglow just put in NISMO in the ad/discount box and you will recieve a 10% discount. A friend of mine works there and gave out the code if you order online.

 

i had the same problem, but instead of messin with the needles anymore, i bought a heads up display for 180 bucks

i think i've seen them at walmart too. i guess it's select locations only.
