Default 5th Gen Reverse Indiglo Gauges

I have probs with my reverse indiglo gauges in my 5th Gen accord. I hooked them up to my dimmer switch and i can adjust them and everything but sometimes they just seem to flicker like hell i dont know whats weong with them. could the transformmer possible be bad if so is there anyway that i can get that at radio shack or something or I would have to get a whole new set of reverse indiglo gauges.

If you hooked them up so the stock dimmer controls the indiglos too, theres the problem... the inverter is made to operate on a cars electrical system, when you dim the dash lights, you're lowering the voltage getting to the inverter... which will burn it out. In this case, you'll probably have to buy all new gauges, as ive never seen just the inverters for sale.

reverse (and non reverse) indiglow gauges usually come with their own dimmer, for SumAccordGuy94's reason. you just have to figure somewhere else to mount it. they're usually pretty fxxking ugly, in my opinion. if yours didn't come its own dimmer... then i really have no idea what to say.
