Jason(TheBlurr) is the man when it comes to drag racing. I don't know how many people that raced him, and lost, thought he had done a ton of mods or an engine swap to his accord when it was bone stock. My fav. comment was one night after he raced some guys in a saturn they said, "Hey brah, that thing gotta V6 in it or somethin?"

btw, BNut, I've been known to be able to get some BMWs to launch very well and run very good times.:naughty:

Jason,

I posted it at www.superhonda.com in the normal Accord forum, as well as at www.accordclub.com (Now known as www.hondasociety.com )

When I get some time I'll see if I can find them but if the boards have been reset, the original post was probably lost.

Jonathan,

I let a buddy of mine in Tulsa, OK drive my car, and he launched it awesome on the street.

He held the RPM's around around 4,000 and by slipping the clutch never let the RPM's drop below 4,000 in first gear... He didn't spin the tires and he didn't burn the clutch... no idea how he pulled that off... He did smack the rev limiter like mad though.

Damn you must know how to race huh. Back when my V6 was stock my best time was a 16.1. cant remember the 60 ft. Your car is a lot lighter than mine, but that alone wont make that much of a diff.
