it should be an easy bolt on type work. take out grommets that holds the carpet and the light bolts should be exposed already

^^^thay haven't changed that yet!!!! don't get me wrong, i love my honda's......but that design for the headlights is straight up...ARG:angry:

The tail light nut's should be like an 8 mm, that'll be a walk in the park compared to the headlight's lol

Bulbs is one things, the entire assembly is another. I've never worked on that year Accord, but I'd assume the above suggestion is correct for replacing a taillight assembly. For the bulbs you just need to remove the inner cover, self-explanatory when you get a look at it.

On some models (can't say for sure this applies to '00 Accords), ones on which people often suggest removing the bumper to replace headlight/front corner lamp bulbs, you actually only need to pull back the front fender-liner, it's even easier and faster than removing the bumper.
If you're replacing the entire headlight assembly, you should be able to figure it out by take a good, close look and determining which bolts need removed, etc.

If it's just the bulbs, the procedure is simple and is listed in the owner's manual.

^^^lol i'd hope he's only changing out the bulb's..I can speak from experience, that on my 5th gen......it is a pain removing the actuall assembly.....unless you'r gonna cut off the outside headlight mounting bracket......that bumper HAS to come off........i pray for you that honda changed that on the six gen!
