Default ??? For Those Who Are Dropped On 18's

How many inches are you lowered for the front and the rear with your 18's on? I just got mine and have 35 series tires and was wondering how low you are without rubbing, thanks

Whether or not you rub is probably more dependant on the offset of the wheels. You could be tucking the tires and not rub if the wheels sit inside the wheel wells.

Anyway, to answer you question, I'm dropped 1.75F and 1.5R with 18x7.5, 45 offset with 225/40s. My camber is uncorrected and I've never rubbed.

Thanks,

as far as i know the higher the offset the less chance of rubbing but i could be wrong.

I have 42+ offset with 35 series tires. Drop about 2"- 2.25" and I don't rub even with 3 people in the back

my offset is +42, dropped 1.25 front/ 1" rear.......no rubbing issues unless I have 3 people in the back seat, and even then it's only at dips in the road, nothing major. I'm betting I would rub a lot if I was lowered anymore due to the +42 offset, that's cutting it pretty close, but these were the wheels I wanted and were only available in 42. The drop is perfect, I don't like low drops.

Man, your ride is sweet. That's exactly what I'd want mine to look like if it weren't leased
