Default Tint for 2003 Accord Sedan?

I'm going to get my Windows tinted this Saturday and I was hoping to get your suggestions for what I should get.

New York State law allows 70% on the front driver and passenger windows and whatever you want on the back.

I'm thinking about doing 50% on the back windows and 70% on the front because this way it's legal and I still have quite a bit of privacy. I am the least bit concerened about getting pulled over so if 2 tone looks too bad maybe I should go with 70%? Is 70% worth the $120 to get it done? Or the third option I'm considering is 50% all the way around.

I can't really afford to get a ticket more than once a year. What would you/have you done?

Out of those choices i would go 50% all the way around. I dont think you would even really notice the 70% at all.
I am in the same boat though, I want window tint but dont feel like getting ticketed because of it.

I have 65% all around. I perfer sticking with one tint percent all around looks cleaner.

I actually just called the tinting place back and they said that it has to be 70% on all the side windows but the back window can be whatever you want.

Here's a link that has State by State tinting laws. Not sure how acurate or up to date it is.

5% in the back 55% on the passenger and driver window, with a 5% strip across the windshield. because the back is so dark it offsets the front. 70% is the legal limit for passenger and drivers in california if you have both outside mirrors. People alway comment on how cool the inside of my car is in the summer even though it's black.

I've been pulled over quite a few times for other infractions and never had trouble with my windows, I even got pulled over for freaking front plate and he didn't say a word about my windows.
