Help! SRS light is on.

My sister has a 2000 Accord V6 and the SRS light came on. Does that mean something is wrong with the airbag? Her car is already over 36k miles. is the airbag still covered under warranty?

IT IS AN AIRBAG PROB, TAKE IT TO THE DEALER SINCE IT IS A 2000 ACCORD AND SHOULD HAVE WARRENTY.

if she had a bag or a small kid in the passenger seat, the srs deactivates. airbags can kill short people or people who aren't seated properly, so honda makes their cars disable the srs when it detects those situations. If no one is in the passenger seat, then it's an airbag problem and needs to be checked

I think this problem is pretty common in all accords. I have the same problem supposedly you can look in the Haynes Manual to reset it. Haven't tried it yet...
