Yes , I agree. For $3 K less & only 70 K miles it's a good deal. Keep in mind although you're only 17. Think about maintnance in long run. Yes Acura is Honda but parts are going to cost more in a top of line premium car. They do ride great because I detail one of my wifes co workers 99 RL. Make sure if you get the RL w/ those miles get the timing belt done unless your grandmother had it done.
The 02 really is great for the mileage. So, will your parents be paying for your insurance or you'll be doing yourself later. Take that into consideration also.

Gingas has a good point. The insurance on the RL will be more expensive, gas will be more expensive, and don't forget about property tax. When I had my RL- 99-2.5- my property tax was 250$ a year which was like a kick in the balls after paying only 90$ for my integra. Both of these are great cars though. What you really need to decide is:
1. are the extra features like heated seats, premium audio worth the extra money you will shell out in the long run?
2. Which one do you feel more comfortable driving or have more fun driving?

Plus my RL started having problems (nothing serious but I just didn't love it like I loved my integra) so I went back to something more comfortable personally. 99 Civic Si
Either way you go man your gonna have a damn good first car. Better than my 250$ frankenstein junkyard 82 datsun nissan sentra.
